The fair debt collection act notice must include:
1) The sum of all debts which are in the complaint.
2) The creditor who is seeking the debt is the Plaintiff.
3) If the consumer notifies the plainiff's law firm with 30 days of receiving the notice that the debt is being disputed, the plaintiff's firm will aquire verification of the debt and a of copy of the judgement against the consumer. The plaintiff must also mail this information to the consumer.
4)If the creditor who is named in the complaint is not the original creditor and the consumer makes a written request within 30 days from receiving the notice, the address and name of the original creditor must me mailed to the consumer.
